To identify quality soy sauce labels, pay attention to the following key information:

Ingredients: High-quality soy sauce is primarily made from water, soybeans, and wheat, with few additives; blended soy sauce contains more additives such as caramel coloring.

Amino Acid Nitrogen: ≥0.8g/100ml indicates premium grade; below 0.4g may indicate a blended product.

Quality Grade: Premium grade soy sauce has a better taste; prioritize products with clearly stated grades.

Production Information: Check the expiration date. The standard number for brewed soy sauce is GB/T 18186, and for blended soy sauce, it's SB/T 10336.

Special Labels: Organic and low-sodium soy sauces have corresponding labels; children's soy sauce must be low-sodium and additive-free.
